The Project Atlas isn’t your traditional performance marketing agency, we’re something different. Born from over 15 years in the surf and lifestyle industry, we specialise in helping apparel and action sports brands scale with purpose through SEO, Google Ads, paid social, email and analytics.

Who’s Behind The Project Atlas.

I’m Ben, a digital marketer who’s spent the last decade helping lifestyle and outdoor brands grow through smart strategy and data-driven creativity. At the core, I’m a surfer and snowboarder, so building a career amongst some of the most well known brands globally taught me how to balance brand storytelling with performance marketing and analytics.

I’ve led everything from SEO and paid media strategies to data-feed optimisations and even site migrations, always with a focus on driving measurable growth.

Away from the screen, I’m usually chasing waves or snow, which is a constant reminder to stay curious, adaptable, and a little bit fearless in how I approach business.

That mindset led to this, The Project Atlas, a digital marketing agency with a suite of tools built to make ecommerce marketing simpler, smarter, and more human. It’s where creativity meets data, and where I get to help brands tell their story while scaling what works.

Our Approach

When building The Project Atlas, we threw out the cookie cutter agency playbook. Everything that frustrated me as from a client perspective, the lack of communication, templated strategies, shallow insights were used as fuel to build something better. 

We take the time to really sit down and understand the business, the goals, people behind the brand, the customer. We’ll rip through your data and look at everything holistically to see where the gaps are, the under performers and over performers. When you have a clearer picture of whats shifting in the landscape, adjustments to your strategy are much clearer, especially when backed with data.

We might be a small, focused team, but our hands-on, proactive, and relentlessly customer-first approach means we listen deeply, adapt quickly, and develop creative strategies that make brands stand out in a saturated market.
